Sugar Eyeshadow is a soft white with a shimmer finish. Perfect for an icy dramatic eye look.

TO APPLY
Apply alone or on top of the Prime + Conceal Cream Corrector or Hello Pretty Under Eye Brightener. We recommend using a brush to apply shadow to eyes as an eyeshadow or eyeliner. Apply with a wet brush to intensify the shadow color.
