Stiletto is a matte black with flecks of shimmer - this shimmer tends to blend out once applied. It makes a gorgeous smoky eye & the perfect liner applied with any of our eyeliner brushes.

TO APPLY

Apply alone or above our Prime + Conceal Cream Corrector or Hello Pretty Under Eye Brightener. We recommend using a brush to apply shadow to eyes as an eyeshadow or eyeliner. Apply with a wet brush to intensify the shadow color.
